Delivery

Delivery orders are made for 2 batches daily. Deliveries between 3pm-6pm and deliveries between 6-pm and closing. You can place your delivery order a day ahead of schedule to make sure you get the items you want right when you need them. The delivery window may read as closed prior to 3pm, this is just because we don’t actively deliver before 3pm at this time, your order will still go through.

Once we receive and order we will confirm your order with you, keep in mind there are a couple rules with delivery:
1. You need a valid government ID – this cannot be expired.
2. Drivers do not carry excessive change with them during delivery for safety. Please be mindful of this when the delivery driver arrives.
3. Once orders are out for delivery, modifications cannot be made.
4. All deliveries must go to a place of residence – no businesses unfortunately.
5. Upon delivery the driver will need a signature on the checkout device.

We highly prefer DutchiePay for our delivery orders. Our driver is able to process the transaction right there on the spot. Please keep an eye out in store, our Facebook and Instagram pages for more information as to when we are able to start taking delivery orders!

Dutchie Pay

Dutchie Pay is a pay by bank option that does not have a surcharge, and streamlines our checkout process. In many cases this checkout option is preferred for convenience for the customer and the business. If you intend to order with us regularly, we strongly encourage you to give it a try, as it does not cost anything, skips the ATM and allows for the preordering process to be as quick as you like! It also works for walk-up orders! Of course, everyone is always welcome to come in, ask questions, and chat with us!

**Dutchie Pay does require 1.5x the amount of the total charge to be in the account, and processes at the next business day. Payments are not charged unless you pick up the order, simply placing an order will not charge your account, the action of our store completing the transaction is what initiates the payment.

Dog Friendly

We are dog friendly! We also try to have some treats and goodies for those who bring their dogs in. We ask that if your dog is not friendly with other dogs or people, to consider leaving them in the car or calling ahead so we can appropriately accommodate your pup. We have shop dogs in the store quite often that have access to most of the front area of the store, and if your dog may have issues with that we need to know to keep them back behind the registers.

Orders

All orders placed online will be held for up to 48 hours. Generally the day you place it, and the entire next day we will set aside the order for you. We understand that things come up and sometimes you can’t make it out easily, but you also don’t want to miss out on that strain that you know is flying off the shelves. We got you, and if for whatever reason things are going wrong, give us a call and let us know, we will always work with you to get you what you’re looking for.
